The job roles related to this qualification may include Project Manager and Project Team Leader. Individuals in these roles have project leadership and management roles and are responsible for achieving project objectives. They possess a sound theoretical knowledge base and use a range of specialised, technical and managerial competencies to initiate, plan, execute and evaluate their own work and/or the work of others.
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas. They also initiate, design and execute major organisational learning and development functions. Typically, they would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others. This qualification may apply to leaders and managers where learning builds organisational capability. The job roles related to this qualification may include RTO Manager and RTO Director, Department Manager, Staff Development Manager, General Manager, and Chief Executive Officer.
Individual and Ageing Support Education reflects the role of workers in the community and/or residential setting who follow an individualised plan to provide person-centred support to people who may require support due to ageing, disability or some other reason.
